Where Home Meets Creativity
Some projects don’t start from the ground up, they transform what already exists. The Atelier de Création is a perfect example. Where the original home already had its own character, the addition brought a new dimension to the whole, adding volume, texture, and a renewed sense of presence.
The new steel-clad section stands as a bold architectural statement, creating a dialogue with the existing structure without attempting to replicate it. A fully glazed passageway connects the two spaces, creating a light-filled transition between everyday living and creative practice.
The studio itself was designed to open or disappear depending on the moment: a garage door and patio door allow the walls to dissolve, inviting the outdoors inside. A creative space that breathes, both literally and figuratively.
